These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phlagu online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at phlagu.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimized versions (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phlagu ("Company," "we," "us," "our").

Each individual may hold only one (1) phlagu account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. phlagu is required by PAGCOR compliance standards to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures. You agree to provide valid government-issued Philippine identification documents upon request, which may include a valid passport, national ID, PhilSys card, UMID, or similar documents.
Withdrawals are not processed until KYC verification is completed. phlagu reserves the right to suspend deposits and restrict gameplay pending verification. Accounts suspected of using false identities will be permanently closed and reported to relevant authorities.
All transactions on phlagu are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phlagu accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven, subject to each method's minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
Deposits are generally credited to your phlagu account in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers. phlagu does not accept third-party deposits — the payment account used must be registered in your own name.

phlagu is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications providers. Transaction fees, if any, imposed by payment providers are the Player's responsibility.

phlagu uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for applicable games and streams live dealer games from regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG or physical game equipment, as applicable, and are not influenced by prior results or player identity. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

Funds that are established as legitimately earned through compliant gameplay will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after the investigation is concluded, minus any amounts subject to forfeiture.
You may also voluntarily close your phlagu account at any time by contacting our support team. Any confirmed balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
All content on the phlagu Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game designs, text, trademarks, and the phlagu brand name, is the exclusive property of phlagu or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of phlagu's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlagu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:
phlagu's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phlagu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. If you disagree with any amendment, you must discontinue use and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phlagu Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
